Lane Seratt entered a pair of 600cc Micro Sprint events over the weekend in his No. 23 J&P Machine entry.
Action opened on Friday night at Doe Run (Mo.) Raceway, where Lane enjoyed a great performance with a runner-up finish.
Saturday night took the team to Southern Illinois Raceway (Marion, Ill.), where Lane entered the Restricted Micro division. He started the night with a fifth-place finish in his heat race to lock into the fifth-starting spot for the feature.
He was coming to the checkered flag in the fifth position, but a wiring issue sidelined him to a ninth-place finish.
