Bryan Hulbert – CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (May 4, 2022) Rolling into the sixth round of competition at Central Arizona Speedway, the ASCS CAS Non-Wing Sprints hit the high-banked clay on Saturday, May 7.
The R.J. Johnson show during the first five events, the driver of the No. 51 has amassed a 115-point advantage over Jonas Reynolds, who is the only other driver to make each event so far this season. Logan Calderwood with four appearances holds third, followed by James Webster and Wayne Siddle to complete the top five in driver standings.
Sixteen overall A-Features contested since 2021, the only two drivers to ever win remains R.J. Johnson and Charles Davis, Jr.
Saturday, May 7 features Pure Stocks, Bombers, and Power 600 Series Micros in addition to the ASCS CAS Non-Wing Sprint Cars.
Tickets are $20 for adults and free for kids 11 and under. Pits are $35, with Kids six and under free. Grandstands open at 4:00 P.M. Pits open at 3:00 P.M. (MT). Cars hit the track at 6:00 P.M. (MT).
