The event at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 is rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 13
PEVELY, Mo. - April 14, 2012 - Severe weather the past 24 hours and continuing showers have forced the World of Outlaws and track officials to postpone tonight's event at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.
It has been rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 13. Sold out reserved tickets will now be valid for the Oct. 13 race.
Joey Saldana claimed Friday's feature at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Ky., to pull within five points of championship leader Sammy Swindell. It was Saldana's second win of the season, which puts him a top the leader board with Tim Kaeding and Donny Schatz, who is third in the points standings - only 12 behind Swindell.
The World of Outlaws will compete next Friday at Missouri State Fair Speedway in Sedalia, Mo., which is the first round of the Kasey Kahne Challenge. The Outlaws then head to Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Ind., for an event on Saturday.
