VINCENTOWN, N.J. (April 11, 2022) - Although unable to continue his recent trend of success that includes a three-race top-ten streak across Pennsylvania Posse Country, Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports made the most of their weekend in Central Pennsylvania and ultimately contended for a top-ten in Port Royal Speedway’s $5,000-to-win Open Wheel Madness on April 9.
Unfortunately for Whittall, wiring issues under the hood forced the Vincentown, New Jersey, native to retire with 13 circuits remaining; he was scored 21st.
“Just some tough luck, that’s all. We’ll pick up the pieces and try again next weekend,” Justin Whittall explained, driver of the JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, No. 67 sprint car. “We still have a lot of positive momentum on our side. I’m confident we’ll be back battling for wins soon.”
ON DECK:
Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports will continue their 2022 campaign with another full weekend in Pennsylvania Posse Country, this time prepping for visits to Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway on Friday and Saturday, April 15-16.
