We have been a little quiet on some of our projects at Grays Harbor Raceway. With that said it doesn’t mean we are not planning and laying out projects for the Raceway.
We would like to share one of the projects with you now.
As with many ideas, it starts with a wish list and communications, with many individuals on the who, what and how’s to accomplish the idea.
We listened to many drivers and fans as to what they wanted to see and one comment kept coming up. That was bring the banking on the track corners consistent to the top, without a flat spot or shelve on the top side.
Well, we agreed, that had to be one of the projects we set out to accomplish!
With the help of Miles Resources, Vessey and Son, Wolford and Sons, and many, many others.
We started with the idea, we reached out and some reached out to us. We had the track surface GPS’d, to know where we were. Set the project up and set out to get the project done.
We would like to share the completed project with everyone now.
The next few posts will have pictures of the project and finally the surface today.
