ASCS CAS Non-Wing Sprint Cars Back In Action This Saturday

Bryan Hulbert – CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (March 23, 2022) Ready for the fourth round of the 2022 season, the ASCS CAS Non-Wing Sprint Cars return to action this Saturday, March 26 at Central Arizona Speedway for the Cactus Clash presented by Sands Chevrolet.

Undefeated so far, R.J. Johnson’s three wins give him a 67-point advantage going into this weekend. Jonas Reynolds holds second with Sterling Cling third. Series Rookie, James Webster, holds the fourth position with Wayne Siddle fifth.

Saturday, March 26 will feature Power 600 Series Micros, Arizona Champ Karts, Pure Stocks, and Bombers in addition to the ASCS CAS Non-Wing Sprint Cars.

Tickets are $20 for adults and free for kids 11 and under. Pits are $35 with Kids six and under free. Grandstands open at 4:00 P.M. Pits open at 3:00 P.M. (MT). Cars hit the track at 6:00 P.M. (MT).

The 2022 season will mark the 31st year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network, the ASCS Nation includes Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
