The 2022 Season is right around the corner! The first green flag of the season will drop in just 17 days. We are going to be counting down to the season each day with a highlight of a different race here at Cottage Grove Speedway!
Today's 2nd highlighted event is the return of the Western Sprint Tour. The Western Sprint Tour will be back in full swing this season with a full line-up of racing and will be bringing the best 360 Sprints on the West Coast to Cottage Grove for 8 races!
The Tour will kick-off their season at the prestigious Marvin Smith Memorial on May 28th and 29th, the following weekend, June 3rd & 4th the tour will return to Southern Oregon Speedway for the first time since 2016!! Next Up for the series will be the famous NW Speedweek, starting with 2 nights of 360 Nationals at Skagit Speedway, July 22nd & 23rd, a Monday, July 25th stop at Sunset Speedway for a Battle at the Bullring, and the 4 Nights of Fury at Cottage Grove, July 26th, 27th, 29th, and 30th! The series will then run 2 more nights to close out the season and crown a champion at Cottage Grove on September 16th and 17th!!
We are very excited to be able to once again make the Western Sprint Tour more than just a speedweek but bring it back to a full series of events at the BEST racetracks in the Northwest!!
