DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (February 3, 2022) - KAM Raceway in Hastings, Nebraska has returned under the sanctioning banner of the National Open Wheel 600 Series in 2022.
The third season of sanction for the southern Nebraska oval will see the Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class and Restricted 'A' Class divisions compete under the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Weekly Racing on the Friday night lineup.
"KAM has been a staple in the Micro Sprint scene in Nebraska on Friday nights." commented NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox. "We are excited to have the crew at KAM return under our sanctioning and look forward to many more years down the road to produce the best Micro Sprint racing in the country."
Action will get underway on Friday, April 29 and will run through Friday, August 26. Highlighted on the schedule is the inaugural visit by the Lucas Oil NOW600 Micro Sprint National Championship on Thursday, August 18.
Jason Friesen topped both Winged A-Class and Stock Non-Wing track championships while Chris Counter scored the Restricted class championship.
