PETERSEN MEDIA: Chico, CA driver Jonathan Allard ended his tour down under with an astounding 11 wins in just 15 stars, as he wrapped up his season last Saturday night.
“I can’t say enough about my guys,” said Allard. “This car was bad fast since the day we hit the track back in December. I can’t thank the good people at the Porter Group, Hydraulink, Albany Toyota, and Valvoline enough for making this trip possible.”
During his final race of the season, JA continued his dominant ways at Springs Speedway as he ran second in his first heat, before grabbing the win in his second heat and putting his Zero Motorsprots No.0 on the front row for the feature.
At the drop of the green flag, JA simply took off and motored away from the field. Doing what he did all season, Allard navigated through lapped traffic to perfection, and cruised to the victory to end his tour in style.
“I always have such a blast down here, and these fans are awesome,” said JA. “We had a great US winter down here, and hopefully I can keep this momentum rolling when I get home.”
It’s noteworthy to say in the four races JA did not win, he ran second twice, finished fourth once, and had just a single DNF.
