Coming off of an impressive debut during the 2020 season that saw Kenny Miller lll, collect two victories in short succession, the team return to the series trail in 2021 primed for more opportunities at victories, and an attempt at Rookie of The Year honors.
The first half of the season was one of ups and downs as Miller found success on some nights, with some unfortunate luck occurring on others. Miller and team made a switch from an older style DRC Chassis heading into the summer months, and the team began to make strides toward their potential running with the front half of the field.
Following the completion of a summer internship for Miller, the consistency of being behind the wheel of the car resulted in a stretch of eleven consecutive top ten finishes including multiple podium runs at a number of different tracks.
Miller neared victory lane on more than one occasion at Grandview, Lincoln, Bedford, and at the Georgetown Speedway in October where Miller finished second in a late race charge to Alex Bright.
Ultimately, Miller made seventeen starts of the twenty-three on tour in 2021, ending with fourteen top ten runs, seven top fives, and four podium runs, including the runner up finish at Georgetown. Miller also made a pair of 410 sprint car starts with the USAC National Sprint Car Series during the April Eastern Invasion.
While full plans for Miller have not immediately been released, hopefully Miller and team return to full time series competition in 2022 as the team is primed and ready for a possible run at the series title.
