ELDON, Mo. (September 1, 2024) Bryce Norris' Labor Day weekend kicked off on Saturday afternoon with a trip to Lake Ozark Speedway (Eldon, Mo.) for the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint Series doubleheader event.
Drawing 27 entries for the Triple Sprint Showdown, Norris backed up the fourth-fastest qualifying effort with a fourth-place finish in his heat. With a $5,000 payday up for grabs in Saturday's opener, Bryce steered to a consistent fifth-place finish in the 25-lap affair. He chased Kameron Key, Derek Hagar, Ayrton Gennetten, and Miles Paulus to the checkers.
With completely different track conditions on Sunday, Bryce squeezed into the Labor Day weekend finale with a fourth-place finish in his heat race. After the track took rubber late in the 25-lapper, Norris rode to a 17th-place outing.
