Rush County Speedway Double Shot Next For URSS

Bryan Hulbert – LA CROSSE, Kan. (July 25, 2022) Back to the bullring for the Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford, the series heads for Rush County Speedway in La Crosse, Kan. on Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30.

A look back at last year’s two-night affair, the weekend was split between Steven Richardson and Zach Blurton. Looking to this weekend, both drivers have visited victory lane this season, with Richardson doing so on four occasions, including this past weekend at Dodge City. Running a combination of events in 2022, Blurton had landed seven wins overall.

Friday, July 29, and Saturday, July 30, both open at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps at 6:30 P.M. and Racing at 7:30 P.M. (CDT). Times are subject to change based on forecasted heat. Friday’s support divisions include KAR Antique Racers, Stock Cars, Sport Compacts, and Sport Mods. Saturday’s lineup changes up with Modifieds, Crazy Cruisers, Hobby Stocks, and KAR Antique Racers.

Per night tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for Police, EMS, Fire, and Veterans, $5 for Youth (6-12), and free for kids five and under. Pits are $35. Rush County Speedway is located at the Rush County Fairgrounds at E, KS-4, La Crosse, KS 67548.
